A new rumor has surfaced hinting the probable launch date for the upcoming LG V30.
LG V30 Launch Date: I am pretty sure you pretty much know everything about the upcoming LG V30; huge thanks to the leaks and rumors making rounds since months now. However, there has been a slight bit of uncertainty regarding the launch date of the forthcoming smartphone. But now, a new talk has just hit the rumor mill suggesting that the phone will launch a day before the debut of IFA 2017, i.e., August 30.
About two days ago, we confirmed the specs of the upcoming LG V30 that was revealed via a GeekBench listing. It stated that the device will pack the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset and 4GB of RAM on board. It’s a bit disappointing to see that the smartphone will pack only 4GB of RAM, contrary to the previous rumors that suggested 6GB of RAM instead. While that’s fine for multitasking and heavy gaming, it’s worth noting that the V30 has to compete against the upcoming Galaxy Note 8, which is tipped to pack 6GB of RAM.

Other than that, the listing also revealed that the phablet will run Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box. Besides, it should feature include a 6-inch edge-to-edge display sporting thin bezels on the top and bottom. Yes, we are talking about a design similar to the recently released Galaxy S8 and LG G6. We’ll likely see the same sort of design for the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone 8 as well.
Other rumored specifications include a 3300 mAh battery, dual-13MP rear camera setup, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, improved DAC, and more. However, we may not likely see a secondary display feature on the upcoming phone, which is quite disappointing!
