BestBuy and Amazon are now selling the Xperia XA1 Ultra for a price of $399.99.

Launched back at Mobile World Congress (MWC), the Xperia XA1 Ultra is now finally available for purchase in the United States. This mid-range phone is selling for a price of $399.99 in the country via popular e-tailer websites, Amazon and BestBuy. However, there’s one thing you have to know before choosing the appropriate website.

It is worth noting that the XA1 Ultra (G3226) variant sold by Amazon does not support some US 4G LTE bands, meaning it won’t be compatible with US Carrier, Verizon, and other CDMA carriers. While on the other hand, BestBuy is offering a variant that would be compatible with almost every carrier in the country. Also, you’re getting a better deal at BestBuy for $399.99, while Amazon is selling the device for $409.99 (with free shipping).

Recalling the specifications, the XA1 Ultra features a 6-inch screen with a display resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Under the hood is an octa-core MediaTek MT6757 Helio P20 processor, along with 4GB RAM and 32/64GB of onboard storage. The model on the deal is a 64GB storage variant.

Apart from that, the device is backed by a 2700 mAh battery. For the photography department, there is a 23MP camera in the back, while the selfies are handled by a 16MP sensor on the front. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

Abhin’s love for all things tech started when he got his first smartphone, Galaxy S (the first), in 2010. Since then, he has been crazy about technology and tried out all major Android flagships from Samsung, and HTC. He currently uses a Google Pixel 4a as his daily driver.
