BlackBerry Ghost smartphone has been in the news ever since renowned mobile leaker Evan Blass tweeted about it back in February this year. Back then, he said that the said smartphone could mark the firm’s entry into the bezel-less design trend.

Following this tweet, there was yet another one on 24th May that revealed the device might debut in the market sometime this summer. Besides that, he also added that it could feature a dual camera setup on the rear that supports optical zoom and low-light enhancement.

And now, it appears that the device could sport a massive 4000mAh battery. Evan on Friday tweeted that the device will come with a 4000mAh battery and that it “would be one of the largest in a flagship-class device”.

Samsung’s current flagship device Galaxy S9 only packs a 3000mAh battery. For the sake of comparison, that is 1000mAh lower than the rumored battery capacity on the incoming Blackberry bezel-free phone.

Though the specs of the Ghost is still a mystery, it has to be safe to assume that it would be powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset. Other expected specs could include 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The phone will likely run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
