BSNL has launched two exciting 4G prepaid plans for Rs. 96 and Rs. 236.

BSNL on Tuesday launched two new 4G prepaid plans, both of which offer data benefits of up to 10GB. Both plans offer up to 10GB data, although the pricy one offers additional benefits.

In case you didn’t know, telecom operator BSNL has rolled out 4G services in Kolkata recently, and thus the total states that have BSNL 4G connectivity has come to a total of eleven including Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kolkata, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Chennai, and Tamil Nadu.

The cheaper offer at Rs 96 also provides up to 10GB of data. However, it does not come with additional free SMS and call benefits. Also, the validity of the plan is 28 days.

The pricy 4G plan at Rs 236 is not very different from the Rs 96 plan, as it also offers up to 10GB of data and does not come with any additional benefits. The only difference between the two is that the validity of this plan is 84 days, unlike that of the cheaper one which is only 28 days.

A better 4G plan than Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone?

Although BSNL does not offer great 4G speeds like other operators including Jio, Airtel and Vodafone, it is worth noting that none of the three offers data plans as cheap as the ones listed above.

In fact, BSNL also has other bang-for-the-buck plans like the Rs 251 special recharge offer that gives away 2GB data per day for 51 days.
