Gionee F109 Leak: Press renders, specifications, and price of the upcoming Gionee F109 have leaked online.
Folks at Slashleaks have come across a new lead regarding the much rumored Gionee smartphone: Gionee F109. A new leak has surfaced detailing the specifications, renders, and price of the upcoming smartphone. As per the leak, the device that will come in two storage variants, will carry price tags of 1,299 Yuan ($192) and 1,399 Yuan ($207) respectively.
Regarding the specifications, the leak reveals that the Gionee F109 will feature a 5.0-inch HD display. Besides that, it will house a MediaTek 6737 chipset under the hood, along with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. Further, it will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
According to the leak, the rear camera will be an 8MP sensor, while the selfies will be handled by a 5MP snapper. Also, the device will be backed by a 2,660 mAh battery. It is said to weigh 141.9 grams, and sport dimension ratios of 143 x 70 x 7.9 mm.
The press renders reveals that the Gionee F109 will sport a 3.5mm headphone jack, a micro-USB port and a noise cancellation mic at the bottom. While on the right, you’ll find a power/unlock button, and the volume rocker buttons. Meanwhile, the microSD/SIM card slot is located on the left side of the device.
If we are to go by the previous rumors, the Gionee F109 will be available in two color variants: Gold and Black. At prices $192 and $207, this phone is expected to compete against the likes of Redmi Note 4, Honor 6X, Honor 8 Lite, and Samsung Galaxy On8.
