HTC U23 Pro comes with four cameras on the rear, with the main one being a 108MP sensor with OIS support.
HTC has quietly launched a budget-friendly smartphone named HTC U23 Pro.
The device has a punch-hole design housing a 32MP camera, and comes with a 6.7″ FullHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus’ protection.
The rear houses a flash and four cameras – a 108MP primary camera (with OIS), 8MP ultrawide, 5MP macro, and 2MP depth.
Fingerprint sensor on this device is built into the power button on the right, similar to what we’ve seen on the recently launched Xperia 1 V.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, includes either 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256GB storage with a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The device runs Android 13 out of the box and is backed by a 4600mAh battery with 30W wired and 15W wireless charging capabilities.
The handset is only available in Taiwan as of now, and is priced at TWD16,990 ($550) and TWD17,990 ($585). Unfortunately, it is not clear whether or not it will be available in other markets in the near future.
