If you’re facing issues while repaying the loan on KreditBee, you might wanna try out this.

KreditBee is one of the most popular personal loan provider apps available in India today. The app is available for both Android and iOS and has been downloaded over 20 million times. It provides loans starting from as low as Rs. 1000 to as high as Rs. 2,00,000, based on your salary, financial standing, and credit history. It’s really easy to avail loans and the documentation takes only a few minutes to complete. However, just like every other loan apps out there, KreditBee has its own fair share of issues. The most prominent issue related to the app being the repayment problem. At times, even if a user repays the loan along with the interest and processing fee, it may not be reflected under the user’s record.

Several users have reported the same repayment issue, and it doesn’t seem that KreditBee has fixed the issue thus far. Furthermore, some users allege that the platform is taking penalty charges due to this, and their credit history is also being affected as the repayment is not recorded. Not to say, you could also potentially face legal charges if the online lender thinks you’ve defaulted the loan.

Things to do if you’re facing KreditBee repayment issues

If you’ve repaid the loan on time, you’ll receive an SMS and an email confirming the same, besides app notifications. In case you’ve repaid the loan (money is deducted from your bank account) but you receive none of the aforementioned notifications, then you need to make sure both KreditBee and your bank hears about your woes loud and clear.

There could be two reasons this could be happening. One, the problem might be the payment gateway — in which case, you’ll be refunded the amount in around a week. In the other case, it could be an issue with the KreditBee platform itself. In either case, you need to make sure KreditBee is aware of the repayment problem.

To alert folks over at KreditBee, you need to email your complaint to help@kreditbee.in along with screenshots that could authenticate your situation. If you don’t receive a response in a few days, you might want to take it to Twitter to share your issue. While doing that, you need to make sure you include their Twitter handle ‘@kreditbee’ in your tweet. This will surely catch the attention of customer service executives and they will ask you to share more details through DMs. They will let you know if the problem is related to the payment gateway or their platform, and will help fix the issue in either case.

In case alerting KreditBee didn’t help, you might want to take it further and let your bank know about the issue. Talk to the customer service branch of your bank and they will surely help you sort out the issue.
