New iPhone 8 renders have surfaced on the internet, allegedly revealing the final design of the handset.

It goes without saying that the iPhone 8 is one of the most anticipated phones of 2017. Plus, it’s a safe bet to say that there is no other phone that receives as many attention as the iPhones. And this year, it’s not just about one or two iPhones, but Apple is prepping to release three new iPhones with one of them being their Anniversary Edition. The Anniversary Edition iPhone or the iPhone 8 will be the most expensive iPhone we’ve ever seen. It is expected to carry a whopping $1000 price tag when it finally hits the market.

Those details aside, we have just received a bunch of iPhone 8 renders, which allegedly reveals the final design of the device. The renders were first discovered by Forbes, and they belong to the luxury case maker Nodus. According to the website, the renders were designed with the help of inputs received from Apple’s supply chain.

The source suggests that the iPhone 8 will pack a 5.8-inch display surrounded by very narrow bezels, tipped to be 4mm in size. Contrary to several reports, Apple has retained the Lightning port on the bottom of the iPhone 8. However, as Forbes report, USB Type-C may feature on the wall plug for bringing fast charging technology to the handset. And, there is no headphone jack, which was already expected as part of Apple’s “courageous” move to eliminate wired headphones. Then, there’s the usual stereo setup comprising of the bottom speakers and an amplified earpiece.

If you take a closer look at the right side, you’ll find an enlarged power button, unlike the current iPhones. The exact reason why Apple is adding an enlarged button is unknown for now. However, rumors are pointing out that Apple might integrate the Touch ID fingerprint sensor on top of this button, in case they couldn’t find a way to place it under the display. And, that’s purely a rumor, so make sure to consume with a pinch of salt!
