Nokia 9 has leaked in a fresh new render, confirming one of its much-anticipated features.
We told you earlier that Nokia is working on a new flagship, dubbed Nokia 9. Further confirming the speculations, the device has recently paid a visit to GeekBench, revealing some of its key specs. Now as if that wasn’t enough, we have just received a fresh new render showcasing the rear side of Nokia 9.
Well, the new leak just shows the rear of the device, and there is nothing to get excited about it. However, it indirectly confirms one of the most anticipated features of the handset: a brand new impressive all-screen edge-to-edge design. None of the handsets released by HMD so far boasts an innovative design. Speaking of, Nokia 3, 5, 6, and 8 features a design from a bygone era with huge bezels hanging around the display.
As you can see in the pictures, the fingerprint sensor will be moved to the rear on the Nokia 9, leaving more room for the screen real estate. And as expected, it will have a dual-12MP camera setup backed by Carl Zeiss lens.
Besides that, the device is confirmed to feature a 5.3-inch QuadHD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 12MP front-facing camera, and run Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
In the picture, the flagship Nokia phone, Nokia 9, is placed alongside the Nokia 2, which is expected to an entry-level Android handset. The latter is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 212 processor along with 2GB RAM.
