This is a video of Pirl Charger, a Kickstarter campaign that managed to collect over $101,640 — well over its $8000 goal — in a matter of few days. In case you didn’t know, the device in question is a portable charger that lets you connect up to four devices at the same time.

The best part about the Pirl Charger, however, is that — unlike the alternatives available in the market — this one doesn’t throttle the power being supplied to any of the devices. This means each port will get a constant supply of 2.7amps and up to a total of 50 watts.

“The Pirl Charger is built for demanding users who require fast charging, superior electrical protections, flexibility, and visibility of power usage. It charges multiple USB devices at their fastest rate with no throttling.”

This is a must-have accessory in your backpack if you’re a person who carries multiple devices on the go. The product has over a thousand backers as of now and has been funded 12 times its original fundraising goal with four days to go. Pledging starts at a minimum of $49 to secure your own unit of the Pirl charger.

Keep going for the unboxing video of the Pirl Charger by Josh.

Abhin’s love for all things tech started when he got his first smartphone, Galaxy S (the first), in 2010. Since then, he has been crazy about technology and tried out all major Android flagships from Samsung, and HTC. He currently uses a Google Pixel 4a as his daily driver.
