Nokia 9 is expected to launch on January 19 alongside Nokia 8 (2018).

According to a new report, Nokia’s much-rumored flagship phone, the Nokia 9, will likely launch on January 19 at an event in China. Although nothing official has come out of the company so far, reliable Chinese website MyDrivers reports that the device might see the light of the day come early next year.

At the Nokia 9 event allegedly scheduled for January next year, the firm is also expected to launch the Nokia 8 (2018) in China. As with every phone released in the country, the new upcoming phones won’t feature pretty much any Google services onboard, which means, it’ll come loaded with a custom ROM along with some local alternatives.

If rumors are anything to go by, the Nokia 9 will feature a 5.5-inch QuadHD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. In other words, Nokia is expected to jump the all-screen design bandwagon with the debut of this handset. Besides that, you can also expect it to pack other flagship specs under the hood — Snapdragon 835 processor, dual rear camera setup, 6GB RAM, IP67 certification, and more.

The Nokia 9, which has already been subjected to several leaks and rumors in the past few months, is expected to carry a price tag of CNY3699 ($559) for the 64GB storage variant. The 128GB variant is rumored to be priced at CNY4199 ($634).
