How to fix the issue of ICICI app opening automatically
A permanent fix is not available as of now. However, as the bank is reportedly working on a fix, you can expect a new update anytime now.
While you wait for the new update to show up, we suggest you clear up the cache and see if that fixes the issue, at least for now.
To do so, you’ll need to follow these steps:
- Head over to Settings.
- Tap on ‘Apps and Notifications’.
- Select the iMobile app and click ‘Storage’ option.
- Tap ‘Clear Cache’ and wait until the cache is cleared.
- Now, go back and tap on ‘Force Stop’.
- Restart the app and see if that has fixed the issue.
This is obviously a temporary solution, so we suggest you keep an eye out for new updates every now and then.
