Hey Sammy fans, we have a good news for you! We have just received a live picture showcasing the forthcoming Samsung flagship, the Galaxy Note 8, in all its glory. Sure, the Galaxy S8 is so far the best Android smartphone in the market. But that’s gonna change soon when the Korean tech giant launches the next addition to its Note series – Galaxy Note 8. To be honest, there’s nothing that we don’t know about the phablet as of now. We know the specs it would pack, the features it would boast, the probable design it would enclose itself – Everything!

A few days ago, we saw a bunch of live pictures of upcoming Galaxy Note 8 that indeed gave us our best look yet at the forthcoming device. Now, as if that wasn’t enough, a case maker has just leaked the rear side of the device which further confirms the design we’ve seen on the previous leak.

The picture highlights the horizontally aligned dual camera setup on the back, along with the fingerprint reader located just beside it. The Galaxy Note 8 will mark the company’s first handset to feature a dual camera setup.

Launching this August 23, the Note 8 is rumored to be available in three color variants – Black, Orchid Gray, and Deep Blue. Possible specs of the device include a large 6.3-inch display, Snapdragon 836 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of onboard storage. Other features include a fingerprint reader, an iris scanner, S-Pen, and Bixby integration.

Besides the typical storage variants, a new variant named “Emperor Edition” is rumored to hit the market this time. It is said to come with a massive 256GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, this version of the Note 8 will be available only in the Asian countries including India, China, and Taiwan, according to popular leaker Roland Quandt.

After its launch on August 23rd, the Note 8 should be available to the consumers starting September 15th. We expect the phablet to face stiff competition from its rivals including LG V30 and Xperia XZ1, two of which should release around the same time as the Note 8.

Abhin’s love for all things tech started when he got his first smartphone, Galaxy S (the first), in 2010. Since then, he has been crazy about technology and tried out all major Android flagships from Samsung, and HTC. He currently uses a Google Pixel 4a as his daily driver.
